Went on my first real run in a long time. Even hit a new time high. 50 mins and I could have kept going but I don't want to overdo it. It felt good.
Everything else wavers from a grumblegrumble to alright. Tired still.
Work and Rx tomorrow...that's about it though. I need to catch up on emails. I'm back logged by weeks and weeks...sigh.
Back ups are bad news:
Normally, the goo that goes into the eyeball is equal to the goo that is reabsorbed into circulation (out of the eyeball). Glaucoma is a disease where there is a backup and the fluid doesn't empty as fast as it needs to. This increases the pressure within the eye. You can become blind because of it (your eye can pop or may need to be taken out altogether - e.g. my dog. This also explains the need for that despicable 'air puff' eye test which somehow measures intraocular pressure. No fun any way you look at it! (nyuck nyuck) =)
